Aviatools.ai is an aviation intelligence platform operated privately. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our website and booking forms.
We collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact and meeting request forms: full name, company, role, email, LinkedIn profile URL, country/region, type of organisation, and any message content. We also collect standard web server logs for operational and security purposes.
Information submitted is used solely to evaluate and respond to meeting requests, technical enquiries, and partnership interest. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Meeting scheduling is handled via Cal.com (cal.eu). When you book a meeting through our embedded calendar, your data is processed by Cal.com under their Privacy Policy. Aviatools.ai receives your booking details to prepare for the meeting.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Aviation-specific operational data processed within deployed Aviatools.ai systems is governed by separate data processing agreements with each client organisation.
We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries). Aviatools.ai operates in compliance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and the Saudi PDPL.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless an ongoing business relationship is established.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Please contact us via aviatools.ai/#contact.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Standard session and server logs may be retained for operational security only.
